Compressor
The unit is equipped with a semi-hermetic 5:6 asymmetric twin-screw compressor from a world-renowned brand. Its shaft seal design minimizes the risk of leakage. The compressor features a dual-shaft rotary discharge design and the latest fourth-generation rotor profile, optimized circumferential speed, and precision-engineered tooth geometry for higher compression efficiency.
The motor chamber and compression chamber are integrally cast to ensure greater precision. The double-layer, pressure-compensated rotor housing provides exceptional structural strength, prevents expansion even under high-pressure conditions, and effectively reduces operating noise.
Heat Exchanger
The condenser and evaporator in this series feature shell-and-tube heat exchangers with a new, high-efficiency design. Advanced heat exchanger tube bundles feature unique geometric structures that enhance nucleate boiling, improve fluid turbulence, and reduce water-side fouling for superior heat transfer performance.
Compared with previous designs, the optimized heat exchanger structure improves heat transfer efficiency by up to 30%. The evaporator tubes feature internal spiral grooves and external enhanced-surface technology, while the condenser tubes use internal spiral grooves and enhanced external threading. These technologies improve heat transfer efficiency and evaporation performance, ultimately increasing the unit’s energy efficiency ratio.
PLC Control System
The unit features a user-friendly Chinese-language human-machine interface (HMI) and an LCD screen that displays real-time operating status, enabling automatic control and precise monitoring to maintain optimal operating conditions.
The control panel is sealed, waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant, with durable keys for extended service life. The system also supports interlocked control of the chilled water pump, cooling water pump, and cooling tower fan.
Falling Film Screw Chiller
The NLJM series low-temperature chillers use semi-hermetic screw compressors from well-known brands. Each unit incorporates a built-in suction filter, oil filter, oil separator, safety relief valve, and protection module to ensure reliable operation, low noise, and stable performance.
