1. High-Temperature Hot Water (60–120°C)
The screw-type high-temperature water-source heat pump uses environmentally friendly refrigerants such as HFC-134a, R245fa, and R1233zd. It utilizes heat sources at 5–38°C or 50–80°C to produce high-temperature hot water at 60–80°C or 80–120°C, meeting the demands of district heating in northern regions and other industrial and commercial hot water applications.
The unit can directly replace coal-fired or gas-fired boilers, providing an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly alternative.
2. Environmental Protection
Using environmentally friendly refrigerants, the system minimizes environmental impact. Available heat sources include industrial wastewater, bathing wastewater, geothermal tailwater, oilfield reinjection water, and central air-conditioning cooling water.
The system produces no dust or combustion exhaust gases during operation, helping reduce the air pollution associated with conventional coal-fired and gas-fired boilers.
3. Energy Efficiency
Compared with traditional coal-fired and gas-fired boilers, the screw-type high-temperature water-source heat pump offers convenient installation, high efficiency, energy savings, and environmentally friendly operation.
Under GB/T 25861-2010 H3 operating conditions, with a heat source inlet temperature of 38°C and a hot water outlet temperature of 70°C, the unit achieves a full-load heating coefficient of performance (HCOP) of over 4.12 kW/kW.
4. Reliable Performance
The unit is designed, manufactured, and tested in accordance with GB/T 19409 and GB/T 25861-2010 standards. It features a compressor specifically designed for high-temperature water-source heat pump applications and a specially engineered heat exchanger to meet high-temperature hot water requirements.
The system is optimized for high outlet water temperatures to ensure reliable and stable operation.
5. Advanced Control System
(1) Microcomputer Controller
The unit is equipped with an advanced microcomputer controller capable of executing a 1K-word program in just 0.25 ms, helping ensure safe and stable operation.
(2) Human-Machine Interface (HMI)
The touchscreen features built-in storage and a fast response time, allowing users to monitor the unit’s operating status in real time. The intuitive interface enables convenient operation and parameter settings with simple touch controls.
(3) PID Control Function
The microcomputer controller uses advanced PID control to automatically adjust the unit’s load based on the actual hot water outlet temperature and the target temperature. This allows the system to reach the required water temperature quickly and maintain it within ±0.3°C of the target temperature.
(4) Reserved Connection Points and Cloud Services
a. Reserved control points are provided for the hot water pump and heat source water pump, allowing the unit to control the pumps and optimize the overall system configuration. Alarm output points are also available for remote alarm monitoring.
b. A central monitoring connection point using the Modbus-RTU communication protocol is provided, enabling seamless integration with building management systems.

1.Cooling capacity rated at oil 35°C / ambient 35°C. Performance degrades with higher ambient temperature or lower oil temperature.
2.Installation requires min. 300cm clearance around unit for air intake/exhaust.
